"Wow! I’ve been dealing with Joanne at Sanger State Farm since December 2021 and When I told her we were moving to Oklahoma she said, she will reach out to Samantha at State Farm in Oklahoma. I cringed. Because, I have been extremely happy with Joanne and you know she assured me that I would be in good hands cause it’s her sister. "I had a positive experience with the office staff, but unfortunately, my experience as a State Farm customer left me disappointed. My mom has been a loyal State Farm customer for over 30 years, always paying her premiums on time, even during challenging times. However, when she recently filed a claim, it was denied. It seems that State Farm outsources important roles like structural engineers and relies on claims of natural deterioration (something they cannot prove) to avoid responsibility. Slow responses and dragging feet, when questions are asked has led me to question their integrity. I would suggest considering alternative providers and avoiding doing business with State Farm."

"I love this group! I had a brand new truck get totaled a week after purchase, and the experience with claims was absolutely awful. Andy was absolutely incredible! She called several times for me, text me with updates and asked how things were going on my end, and made the hole process a lot better. Andy is the only reason I am sticking with statefarm! Use this agency for sure! Always helpful, always have great advice, always extremely nice! Thanks guys!"

"Since the moment we contacted Roxanne Haug’s office upon my transfer to Texas, we were treated with 100% courtesy and respect, and quickly came to feel that the relationship was more that of family than business. For the majority of our time, we were cared for by Joey Mason. Anything I needed, at anytime I could rely on her. Phone, text and even Facebook Messenger, Joey always answered the call. I can’t stress how much we’ll miss this office now that we’ve moved to Missouri. Even now they are trying to help us with the transition. I consider them family now. Give them a shot!!"
