"I had a positive experience with the office staff, but unfortunately, my experience as a State Farm customer left me disappointed. My mom has been a loyal State Farm customer for over 30 years, always paying her premiums on time, even during challenging times. However, when she recently filed a claim, it was denied. It seems that State Farm outsources important roles like structural engineers and relies on claims of natural deterioration (something they cannot prove) to avoid responsibility. Slow responses and dragging feet, when questions are asked has led me to question their integrity. I would suggest considering alternative providers and avoiding doing business with State Farm."
